We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the Data Dossier that builds your sanctuary. This protocol outlines how we safeguard your digital assets UK nationwide.
1. Operational Purpose
The purpose of this Privacy Protocol (this "Privacy Policy") is to inform users of our Site (www.moonlight-studio.uk) of our data collection methods, usage, and forensic security measures employed across the Digital Twin Pipeline.
- Personal data collection and usage;
- Third-party technical processors;
- Client authority over Forensic Site DNA;
- Data controller identity and staff protection.
2. UK GDPR Compliance
For users in the United Kingdom, we adhere strictly to the GDPR as enshrined in the Data Protection Act 2018. For users in the European Union, we adhere to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as we do not fall within the categories of controllers required to do so under Article 37 of the GDPR.
3. Consent
By using our Site, users agree that they consent to the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@moonlight-studio.uk.
4. Legal Basis
We collect and process personal data only when we have a legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR. Users have consented to the processing for the primary purpose of constructing a bespoke 3D Digital Twin and executing an architectural design contract.
5. Forensic Site DNA
We only collect data that serves the Architecture of Stillness. This is divided into Automatic and Manual collection.
5.1 Automatic Data
- IP Address and Location;
- Clicked links and Content viewed on the Studio site.
5.2 The Data Dossier (Manual)
- Identity: Name, Email, and Project Address.
- Forensic Property Data: Photographs, narrated video walkthroughs, compass headings, and 75mm brick count surveys essential for 3D Digital Twin massing.
6. Data Usage
Automatic data is used solely for statistics and tracking to improve our remote studio marketing. Manual data (The Data Dossier) is used strictly for technical inquiry responses and the fulfillment of the 21-day design sprint project.
7. Technical Processors
Your property data is transferred to specific architectural tools solely for design generation:
- Floorplanner: For 3D massing and 19:00 dusk physics simulation.
- Shoot Gardening: To verify regional horticultural hardiness zones.
- Squarespace: Secure cloud infrastructure for project handover.
8. Storage & Security
All data is protected via SSL browser encryption and stored on secure, restricted-access servers accessible only by employees bound by confidentiality agreements.
9. User Rights
Under GDPR, you maintain absolute authority over your property data:
- Right to be informed;
- Right of access and rectification;
- Right to erasure (The Right to be Forgotten);
- Right to object to data portability.
10. Children & Cookies
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. We use Functional, Analytical, and Targeting cookies to enhance the project calibration experience.

12. Conduct & Founder Privacy
Founder Protection Protocol
The personal health and private information of our Founder (Stuart Savage) is classified as Special Category Data under the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
The Client is strictly prohibited from publishing or disclosing any personal, private, or medical information relating to the Founder on any public platform. Unauthorised disclosure constitutes a material breach of privacy and will be pursued for immediate legal removal and damages. We do not consent to the weaponisation of private residential data in public forums.
13. Modifications & Complaints
We may amend this protocol to comply with UK law. Updates are reflected in the "Calibration Date" at the top of this page.
Complaints should be directed to info@moonlight-studio.uk. If unresolved, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
