CANCELLATION POLICY

The Moonlight Garden Design Co. is committed to clarity and fairness. As a digital design studio, our products are intangible and bespoke. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Our core products (The Foundation Review, Signature Layout, and Complete Blueprint) are digital services and downloadable files.

1.1 The "No Return" Rule for Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital media, once a final design file (PDF, Video, or Image) has been sent to the Client, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, all sales are final once the final deliverables have been issued.

1.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you typically have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by booking a consultation or submitting your "Data Dossier" (measurements/photos), you are giving your express consent for us to begin the service immediately.

* You acknowledge that by requesting immediate commencement of the design work, you waive your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund structure is based on how much work has been completed.

2.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins (Full Refund)

If you purchase a package and cancel within 14 days—and before you have submitted your data or had your consultation—you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2.2 Cancellation After "Data Dossier" Submission (Partial Refund)

Once you send us your measurements and videos, our team begins the analysis and setup of your digital twin file.

* If you cancel at this stage, a 20% administration fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the setup time.

2.3 Cancellation After Draft/Consultation (No Refund)

Once the initial design draft has been created or the video consultation has taken place, the service is considered "significantly commenced."

* No refunds will be issued after the first draft presentation or consultation call, regardless of whether you choose to proceed to the final blueprint.

3. DEFECTIVE OR CORRUPT FILES

In the unlikely event that a digital file you receive is corrupt, unreadable, or technically defective:

* You must notify us at info@moonlight-studio.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

* We will re-generate and replace the file immediately free of charge.

* This does not apply to "disliking" the aesthetic design (which is subjective), but strictly to technical file errors.

4. DESIGN DISPUTES

Design is a collaborative process.

* Revisions: Our packages include specific rounds of revisions (as detailed in your package description) to ensure you are happy with the layout.

* Accuracy: We are not responsible for designs that do not fit because the measurements provided by the Client were incorrect. Redrawing plans due to bad data will incur a standard hourly fee (£120/hr).
