1. Digital Artifacts

Our core suites (Foundation Review, Signature Layout, and Complete Blueprint) are digital services and downloadable assets delivered within the Digital Twin Pipeline.

1.1 The "No Return" Rule

Due to the nature of digital media, once a bespoke design artifact (PDF Plan, MP4 Video, or 4K Snapshot) has been transmitted, it cannot be "returned." Consequently, all sales are final once the final handover has been executed.

1.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. However, by booking a consultation or submitting your Data Dossier, you provide express consent for bespoke design work to commence immediately.

By requesting immediate commencement, you waive your right to cancel once the technical service has been fully performed.

2. Refund Tiers

Our refund structure is calibrated to the volume of architectural engineering completed.

2.1 Prior to Commencement (Full)

If you purchase a suite and cancel within 14 days—before submitting your site data or holding a consultation—you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2.2 Post-Dossier Submission (Partial)

Once you submit your measurements and video walkthrough, our team begins the 3D massing and forensic analysis phase.

Cancellations at this stage incur a 20% administration fee to cover technical setup and data analysis time.

2.3 Post-Draft / Consultation (Final)

Once the initial design draft has been curated or the strategy session has occurred, the service is considered "significantly commenced." No refunds will be issued beyond this milestone.

3. Technical Integrity

In the unlikely event that a digital handover artifact is technically defective:

Notify info@moonlight-studio.uk within 48 hours of receipt.
We will re-calibrate and replace the file immediately, free of charge.
This applies strictly to file corruption, not to subjective aesthetic preferences.

4. Precision & Disputes

Revisions: Design suites include specific revision rounds to ensure layout satisfaction.
Data Accuracy: We are not responsible for designs that do not fit if the provided Data Dossier measurements were incorrect. Redrawing plans due to insufficient client data incurs a standard technical fee of £120/hr.

1. Affiliation Disclosure

Stuart Savage Landscaping operates in technical association with The Moonlight Garden Design Co. While Stuart Savage Landscaping is a London-based physical contractor (Build), Moonlight Studio is a separate digital entity providing remote 3D modelling and nationwide architectural services.

2. Material Variations

Natural stone, timber, and aggregates are subject to inherent variation. Images on this site are indicative; actual products may vary slightly. These are characteristics of natural materials, not defects.

3. CIS Contractor Liability

Stuart Savage Landscaping acts as a primary coordinator. Independent contractors engaged under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) are responsible for their own workmanship and professional indemnity.

4. Founder Protection Protocol

Data Privacy Clause

The personal health and private information of our Founder (Stuart Savage) is classified as Special Category Data under the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not consent to the public disclosure, weaponisation, or processing of this data on third-party sites (e.g., Yell, Google, or Social Media). Any unauthorised disclosure will be treated as a breach of privacy and reported for immediate legal removal.
