The Moonlight Garden Design Co. operates a hybrid fulfilment model. Core architecture is delivered digitally, while selected printed A3 folio editions are fulfilled physically by post.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Most products available on this website are digital architecture assets. These are fulfilled via secure email delivery, downloadable files, or secure cloud access. Digital delivery is £0.00.
Our digital architecture products include design dossiers, technical plan files, blueprint documents, cinematic walkthrough videos and other remote architecture deliverables. These are not posted physically and are instead transmitted securely through our digital handover system.
1.1 Delivery Method
- Secure Email Delivery: Certain lighter digital documents may be sent directly to your registered email address.
- Downloadable Files: Selected documents and assets may be provided as direct downloadable files.
- Secure Cloud Access: Larger blueprint sets, high-definition video files and complex asset packages may be delivered through secure cloud handover.
1.2 Delivery Cost
- £0.00 delivery: No shipping charge applies to digital architecture products.
1.3 Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timelines vary depending on the product selected and the level of complexity involved. Where applicable, timelines begin only once:
- Payment has been received.
- All required client information has been submitted.
2. Printed Folio Delivery
Selected products are available as physical A3 printed editions. These include the Printed Foundation Review Dossier, Printed Signature Contractor Dossier, and Printed Nocturnal Blueprint Folio. Printed folios are professionally produced, packed in rigid protective mailers, and dispatched via UK postal or courier services.
Printed products are a separate fulfilment layer within the Moonlight system. They are physical A3 editions designed for tactile review, contractor coordination and premium project ownership. They are not delivered as cloud downloads.

2.2 Delivery Method
- Professional production: Printed to a presentation-ready standard.
- Protective packaging: Packed in rigid protective mailers for cleaner transit and arrival.
- Postal fulfilment: Dispatched through UK postal or courier services.
2.3 Delivery Cost
- £0.00 UK delivery: Printed folios include UK delivery at no additional shipping charge.
2.4 Dispatch Timeframe
- Printed Foundation Review Dossier: 5–7 working days
- Printed Signature Contractor Dossier: 5–7 working days
- Printed Nocturnal Blueprint Folio: 7–10 working days
These timeframes apply once:
- The order is confirmed.
- Production has commenced.
3. Delivery Location
We currently operate different location rules depending on fulfilment type.
- Digital products: Available UK-wide and internationally.
- Printed folios: Currently available for UK delivery only.
If international delivery becomes available for printed editions in future, this page will be updated accordingly.
4. Delays
Delivery may be delayed where practical information is missing or where third-party fulfilment systems are interrupted.
- Required client information has not been submitted.
- Revisions or clarifications are needed.
- Postal or courier services experience disruption.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Third-party couriers.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
5. Digital vs Physical Clarification
To maintain clarity across the site and product pages, the Moonlight fulfilment model is split into two distinct categories.
- Digital architecture products are not shipped.
- Printed folio products are physically delivered by post.
Each product page clearly states its fulfilment type so clients can distinguish between secure digital handover and physical folio delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Printed Items
If a printed product arrives damaged, faulty, or does not arrive, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
- Your order reference.
- Supporting images where applicable.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following as appropriate:
- Replacement
- Reprint
- Refund
7. Refund Alignment
This delivery policy operates alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Key principles are as follows:
- 14-day cancellation window: Applies before production has commenced.
- Printed products: Cannot be returned once dispatched unless faulty.
- Digital products: Are non-returnable once delivered due to the bespoke nature of the intellectual property.

Do you ship physical construction materials or plants?
No. We do not ship construction materials or plants. We fulfil digital design assets and selected printed A3 folios only.
