The Moonlight Garden Design Co. operates as a 100% digital design studio.
Please review our delivery and payment terms below to understand how you will receive your bespoke garden blueprints.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (DIGITAL ONLY)

Since our products are digital services (PDF plans, video files, and documents), we do not ship physical goods via post or courier.

1.1 Delivery Method

  • Email: All smaller files (Initial Action Plans, Sourcing Lists) will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Secure Cloud Link: For larger files, such as your Complete Blueprint pack (which includes high-definition video walkthroughs and large-format PDF plans), you will receive a secure download link via email (e.g., WeTransfer or Dropbox).

    • Please ensure you download these files to your local device within 7 days of receipt, as transfer links may expire.

1.2 Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your project and the package selected.

  • The Foundation Review: Digital Action Plan is delivered within 3-5 working days after your video consultation.

  • The Signature Layout: First draft typically ready within 14-21 days of receiving your complete "Data Dossier."

  • The Complete Blueprint: Full pack typically delivered within 21-28 days of draft approval.

  • Note: Timelines begin only after we have received your complete measurements and video walkthrough.

2. PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS

We accept secure online payments to ensure your transaction is safe and protected.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • PayPal: You can pay via your PayPal account for added convenience.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: Available on supported devices.

2.2 Payment Structure

  • Upfront Payment: Due to the bespoke nature of our design work, all fixed-price packages (Foundation Review, Signature Layout, Complete Blueprint) must be paid in full at the time of booking/purchase via our website.

  • Design Work Commencement: Our design team will begin analysing your data and creating your plans only after payment has been successfully processed.

2.3 Currency & VAT

  • All prices listed on our website are in Great British Pounds (£).

  • VAT is included in the listed price where applicable.
