1. Digital Delivery Protocol

Since our deliverables are technical architectural services (PDF plans, MP4 video files, and Digital Twin data), we do not ship physical goods via traditional post. All data is transmitted via the secure Digital Twin Pipeline.

1.1 Handover Methods

• Direct Email: Foundation Reviews and Regional Sourcing Dossiers are delivered directly to your registered inbox.
• Secure Cloud Link: High-definition 3D Cinematic Walkthroughs and master 2D blueprint packs are delivered via secure encrypted link (e.g. WeTransfer or Dropbox).

1.2 Design Sprint Timelines

Timelines commence only after we have received your complete Data Dossier (Measurements + Video Walkthrough).

• The Foundation Review: Strategic Roadmap delivered within 3-5 working days post-consultation.
• The Signature Layout: 2D Blueprint draft typically ready within 14-21 days.
• The Complete Blueprint: Full Immersive Pack delivered within 21-28 days of concept approval.

2. Secure Payment Protocols

All financial transactions are processed via encrypted gateways to ensure absolute project security.

2.1 Accepted Methods

• Major Cards: Secure checkout via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay enabled for rapid booking.
• Secure Transfer: PayPal integration for added buyer protection.

2.2 Professional Fees

• Upfront Commitment: Due to the bespoke architectural nature of our work, all core design packs must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Currency: All fees are strictly in Great British Pounds (£). VAT is included in the listed price where applicable.

3. Refund Protocol

We maintain absolute transparency regarding our cancellation and refund standards for digital services.

• 14-Day Window: A 100% refund is available if cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the Creative Partnership Kit data has not been submitted and design work has not commenced.
• Digital Non-Tangibles: Once architectural plans have been calibrated and delivered, files are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the intellectual property.
