Using advanced 'Digital Twin' technology and architectural engineering, we build a millimetre-accurate replica of your space virtually, allowing us to test light, shadows, and 2700K lighting levels before a single spade hits the ground.
Forensic Data Capture
Establishing Vertical Anchors.
We do not visit sites. We use satellite telemetry, LiDAR data, and client-provided architectural specifications to establish the Vertical Anchors of the property.

Digital Twin Construction

We build a 1:1 scale 3D model of your home's exterior. Every brick and level change is calibrated to the millimetre to create a virtual testing ground.
We verify every plant species against your local soil pH and aspect. We specify premium materials like R11 Anti-Slip Porcelain and Western Red Cedar to ensure your nocturnal sanctuary is built to last.
Nocturnal Simulation
Calibrating Visual Silence.
We apply the "Second Shift" lighting protocol. We test 2700K warmth levels and shadow-casting to ensure visual silence after dark.
"Can we move the fire pit?" We test these changes in the 3D model instantly to ensure the flow aligns with your nocturnal lifestyle.
Asset Generation
Technical Dossier for Construction.
We export the Foundation Strategy Asset or Complete Blueprint Pack. You receive a downloadable secure link containing your architectural deliverables.

The 21-Day Design Sprint
We work in focussed sprints to maintain momentum. This is our typical remote roadmap.
Initiation & Forensic Capture
Day 1-7: You purchase your pack and receive the Creative Partnership Kit. You take measurements and capture the video walkthrough.
Milestone: Data Submission.
Digital Twin Construction
Day 8-14: We enter the 'Deep Work' phase. We build the 3D model, test shadow casting, and curate the planting palette via Shoot Gardening.
Milestone: Internal Design Audit.
Asset Delivery
Day 21: You receive your secure technical pack. Master Plans, 3D Video, and Builder's Specs are delivered to your inbox.
Milestone: Project Complete.

Floorplanner
We use Floorplanner for millimetre-accurate architectural massing. This allows us to simulate the sun's path across your exact longitude and latitude, ensuring seating areas are placed in the last of the 19:00 evening sun.
Shoot Gardening
We use Shoot Gardening to verify biosecurity and plant health. Every species is checked against your soil pH and local hardiness zone, providing you with a monthly pruning and care calendar for life.
Common Questions
Do you really not need to visit?
No. For 95% of residential gardens, a site visit burns budget on travel that is better spent on design quality. We sanity-check client data using satellite imagery and standard brick counts to verify vertical levels with extreme accuracy.
What if my measurements are wrong?
We check all data against architectural standards. However, your landscape contractor is responsible for verifying final dimensions on-site before commencing construction, as is standard practice for any professional design-to-build project.
