The Moonlight Garden Design Co. is a UK-based remote garden design studio.

2. What We Sell

We offer two main product types through this website.

2.1 Digital architecture products: These include core digital products, enhancement modules, bundles and related downloadable architecture assets. Current examples on the site include Foundation Strategy Asset, Signature Layout Asset, Complete Blueprint Asset, bespoke enhancement modules and bundled architecture routes.

2.2 Printed folio products: Printed products include physical A3 printed folios, printed dossiers and other printed presentation editions where listed. Printed folio products are physical products fulfilled by post in protective packaging and must not be described or understood as secure-download items.

3. Studio Model

The Moonlight Garden Design Co. operates primarily as a remote design studio. The design workflow is delivered nationwide through online communication, submitted measurements, photographs, videos and digital collaboration.

Physical printed product fulfilment does not change the remote design model. Printed products are posted as physical fulfilment items after production where applicable.

No routine in-person site visit is included as part of the standard online product pathway unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Product Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, imagery, pricing and product details are accurate at the time of publication.

Preview imagery may represent digital or printed presentation format. Sample spreads, mockups, diagrams, exemplar pages and preview files are illustrative unless expressly stated as included in the purchased product.

Because our products are design-led and many outputs are project-specific, final composition, file structure, printed format and presentation sequence may vary according to the purchased product and the information supplied by the customer.

5. Pricing

All prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Pricing may apply to digital products, printed editions, enhancement modules, bundles, launch offers or other listed product configurations.

Where sale prices or temporary promotional pricing are shown, the final payable price will be the price visible at checkout at the time of order.

We reserve the right to update pricing, product configurations, printed-edition availability and promotional offers at any time before purchase.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless another written arrangement has been agreed.

Orders will not enter the production queue until payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery and Fulfilment

7.1 Digital products: Digital architecture products are fulfilled online. Depending on the product, delivery may take place by secure email delivery, downloadable file handover or secure cloud link.

7.2 Printed products: Printed folio products are physical A3 editions fulfilled by post in protective packaging. Printed products are not delivered as digital substitutes.

7.3 Delivery estimates: Any stated timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline, unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delays may occur where required client inputs, approvals, measurements or supporting material have not yet been supplied.

8. Client Information and Accuracy

Where a product depends on measurements, photographs, walkthrough footage, sketches, site notes or other customer-supplied material, the accuracy of that material remains the customer’s responsibility.

This clause applies primarily to design outputs and project data supplied by the customer for digital architecture products, printed folio products or related project workflows.

We are not liable for inaccuracies arising from incomplete, misleading or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

9. Design Intent and Build Responsibility

Our documents, drawings, dossiers, visualisations, digital outputs and printed folios support planning, contractor communication and spatial decision-making.

Unless explicitly stated, they do not replace:

• Structural engineering
• Site-specific building regulation approval
• Certified drainage calculations
• Electrical certification
• Statutory permissions or statutory checks
• Contractor method statements

The customer and their appointed contractor remain responsible for verifying all dimensions, levels, materials, construction methods, drainage falls, lighting installation, irrigation installation and on-site build practicality before works begin.

10. Intellectual Property

All design work, drawings, schematics, dossiers, folios, printed editions, visualisations, render assets, layouts, written content and supporting assets produced by The Moonlight Garden Design Co. remain protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Purchase grants the customer a project-use licence only for their own garden project.

You may not:

• Resell the work
• Reproduce it for commercial redistribution
• Republish it as your own
• Redistribute it beyond the intended project without written permission
• Claim the work as your own

11. Refunds and Cancellations

11.1 14-day cancellation window: A 100% refund is available within 14 days of purchase only if production has not commenced and the required client input stage has not been submitted.

11.2 Digital products: Digital architecture products are bespoke intangible digital goods. They are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or deliverables have been issued.

11.3 Printed products: Printed products may be cancelled within the 14-day period only if production has not commenced. Once a printed product has entered production or been dispatched, it is non-returnable unless faulty, damaged in transit, or materially not as described.

12. Faulty or Damaged Printed Products

If a printed folio arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify The Moonlight Garden Design Co. within a reasonable period.

Photographs of the printed product, packaging and any visible damage may be requested before a remedy can be assessed.

Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer one of the following as appropriate and in line with UK consumer obligations:

• Replacement
• Repair or reprint
• Refund

13. Product Availability

We reserve the right to withdraw, pause or amend any product, printed edition, enhancement module, bundle, launch configuration or promotional configuration without notice. This includes launch pricing, limited-capacity products and printed folio availability.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

We may update, suspend or remove site content without notice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Moonlight Garden Design Co. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss arising from contractor error
• Cost overruns
• Procurement issues
• Installation defects
• Build outcomes that depart from the design due to third-party execution

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

16. Privacy and Data

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any related cookie or tracking disclosures.

Where customer site information, images, photographs, videos or project data are shared with us, they will be used only for the purchased workflow unless otherwise agreed.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
