1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All conceptual designs, 3D Digital Twins, cinematic walkthrough videos, technical 2D CAD plans, and horticultural schedules (the "Assets") generated by The Moonlight Garden Design Co. remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio and its founder, Stuart Savage.

Purchase of a design package constitutes the purchase of a License to Use, not a transfer of copyright ownership.

2. Scope of License (Single-Build)

The Moonlight Studio grant is strictly a Limited, Non-Exclusive License. This license is granted solely for the following purpose:

Single Installation: The implementation of the design at one (1) physical property address as specified in the project calibration data.
Contractor Liaison: The distribution of Assets to your appointed landscape contractors and electricians strictly for the purpose of quoting and construction.
Digital Archiving: The personal storage of Assets for future project maintenance and modular upgrades.

3. License Restrictions

Anti-Redistribution Mandate

To preserve the exclusivity of the Architecture of Stillness, the following actions are strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Lead Designer:

Commercial resale or sub-licensing of the blueprints to third parties.
Use of the 3D model or plans for multiple properties or developer site-templates.
Unauthorised modification of the technical specifications (e.g., substituting R11 porcelain for retail-grade alternatives) while claiming Moonlight Studio affiliation.

4. Contractor Implementation

By using the licensed Assets, your contractor agrees to the Structural Mandate. While we provide the technical blueprint, the contractor maintains absolute liability for on-site health and safety, service identification, and Building Regulation compliance.

The license does not grant the contractor the right to reuse the 3D massing logic or custom lighting circuit schematics for other clients.

5. Termination of License

The license is granted in perpetuity for the specified property address, provided the Founder Protection Protocol and Terms of Business are not breached. In the event of a material breach (e.g., unauthorised public disclosure of the Founder's private data), the studio reserves the right to terminate the license and withdraw technical support.
