Common Questions
Why do I need to count bricks?
Tape measures sag over distance. Your house bricks are a fixed architectural standard (75mm high). Counting them gives us a millimetre-perfect "Vertical Anchor" to design steps safely and prevent the "Step Surprise."
Do you build the garden?
No. We are Digital Architects. We provide the technical blueprints that you hand to any local landscaper. This gives you the freedom to shop around for quotes.
What if my builder suggests "Dot-and-Dab" laying?
Reject it immediately. Our plans strictly prohibit dot-and-dab because it leaves voids under the paving that gather water and cause cracks. We mandate a full mortar bed on a compacted Type 1 MOT sub-base.
