Digital Twin Update | Bespoke Furniture Modelling

£150.00

Bespoke 3D modelling for the items that must fit properly before the build begins

The Digital Twin Update is a specialist enhancement for Complete Blueprint Asset clients who need exact object modelling inside the live 3D garden environment. It is designed for the moments when generic library placeholders are no longer good enough, and millimetre-level fit really matters.

If you are investing in a luxury hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bespoke fire feature, pergola element, or other high-value architectural object, this enhancement allows us to place the real item into the Digital Twin using its technical data. That means you are no longer guessing whether it will work in the space — you can test it properly before construction begins.

Forensic fit, not visual approximation

Most standard 3D libraries rely on simplified placeholder forms. That may be enough for atmosphere, but it is not enough when access zones, clearances, openings, and exact dimensions affect how the garden will function.

This enhancement is built for those high-stakes moments. We work from manufacturer specifications so the chosen item can be modelled with greater fidelity inside the wider architectural scheme. The purpose is not novelty — it is risk reduction.

Collision testing and operational logic

The value of the Digital Twin Update is not only that the object looks more accurate. It is that the wider garden can now be tested around it.

This is especially important for large or service-heavy items. A hot tub may need an invisible maintenance envelope for motor access. An outdoor kitchen may require door swings, hood clearances, or circulation space around it. A feature element may alter thresholds, pinch points, privacy, or the visual balance of the whole composition.

By modelling these realities inside the Digital Twin, the project becomes more technically resilient before a contractor starts building around the wrong assumption.

Visual alignment with the wider sanctuary

This enhancement also helps refine how the object sits within the scheme's atmosphere. Materials, scale, proportions, and surrounding spatial tension can all be assessed in context, rather than as isolated catalogue decisions.

That makes it easier to judge whether a chosen item actually belongs within the garden composition or will dominate, block, crowd, or weaken the intended sanctuary effect.

Best for

This enhancement is ideal for clients who:

  • Already have the Complete Blueprint Asset

  • need a specific object modelled accurately inside the Digital Twin

  • are installing a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bespoke fire pit, or other high-value feature

  • want to test fit, clearance, servicing, and visual impact before construction

Please note: this is a Complete Blueprint Asset enhancement and is not a stand-alone starting product. It is designed to calibrate and extend an existing 3D Digital Twin environment.

Precision 3D Calibration For High-Ticket Assets

Digital Twin Update provides bespoke 3D object-modelling for clients who need specific furniture, fixtures or installed elements represented with forensic accuracy within their garden sanctuary.

This update ensures that maintenance envelopes, door swings and structural clearances are verified before build stage, removing the risks associated with generic placeholder geometry.

Manufacturer-spec modelling · clearance verification · digital delivery

Forensic Modelling

Updated 3D Model

Your specific asset is professionally modelled and placed into the Digital Twin to verify structural alignment, exact scale and placement logic.

Collision Exemplar

A technical verification of maintenance envelopes, opening zones and functional circulation space so expensive installation errors can be avoided before build stage.

Visual Verification

Texture Calibration

Manufacturer-specific wood, metallic or composite finishes are applied to test how the chosen object responds inside the wider garden language and under your lighting conditions.

Eye-Level Sit Test

The camera can be lowered to a seated eye height to test privacy, view framing and neighbouring sightlines once the new layout element is introduced.

Which package does this work with?

Digital Twin Update is designed to sit on top of the Complete Blueprint Asset, where a live 3D model already exists. It is used when bespoke items such as hot tubs, outdoor kitchens or custom furniture need to be modelled accurately inside that Digital Twin.

Why is this update a separate fee?

Standard furniture libraries use generic placeholder geometry. This fee covers bespoke forensic modelling of complex, high-ticket items using manufacturer documentation so exact access panels, hood swing clearances and servicing zones can be verified properly.

What is the 500mm rule for hot tubs?

A common mistake is boxing a hot tub in with surrounding decking to make it appear flush. We model an invisible 500mm clear maintenance zone around the service side so future repairs can happen without dismantling the surrounding build.
